Refund policy

Because software can be downloaded or delivered immediately, refunds are limited. If you have not received access instructions within a reasonable time after a successful Stripe payment, contact us and we will fix delivery or refund. Change-of-mind refunds after files are delivered are not guaranteed. Chargebacks for expected trading losses are not valid grounds for a refund. If a statutory cooling-off period applies in your country, that law controls.
