By purchasing a license you agree that you are buying software and documentation, not an investment product and not a managed account. Licenses are personal to the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing. You will not reverse engineer, resell, or publicly redistribute the files. Payments are processed by Stripe. Governing law and venue will follow theDBot LLC’s jurisdiction unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise. We may update these terms; the version at checkout applies to that order. Software is provided as-is except for any non-excludable statutory rights.
